Recently, a friend asked me to go see Taiki Nulight at a local venue. “What kind of music does he play?” I asked. “UK Garage/Bassline,” responded my friend. Keeping in mind my huge affinity for UK garage music, I immediately said yes with no further questions. Little did I know I’d be introduced to just the new genre I needed in my life: UK bassline.
